There are certain services that are considered essential even during a government ordered Coronavirus shelter in place order/lock down. Getting relief from your debts is one of them. Every Kain & Scott employee is consider an essential worker and will be in the trenches helping good Minnesotans just like you get out from under crippling debt.

All of our 7 staffed Minnesota office locations will be open and conducting business during the shutdown. Protecting homes from foreclosure, preventing landlords from evicting our clients, and preventing creditors from collecting from our clients is what we do.

For those Minnesotans who need help with resolving an overwhelming debt problem, we are open for business. We are conducting FREE strategy sessions on how to resolve a debt problem for good by Skype, Face Time, and phone. We are not conducting in-person consultations until the virus subsides.

Once a guest has signed up for a bankruptcy, we are conducting the review and sign appointment by Skype, Face Time, or phone as well. We are not doing in-person review and sign appointments until the virus subsides. We hope that will be sooner than later!

While we are not having in-person appointments, our office doors remain open so you can drop off items needed to process your case. Most of our locations have drop boxes so that if it is after hours, you can also drop of items as well.  We know these are trying times for everyone. Please be good to yourselves as we climb our way out of this virus mess. If you need us, please reach out.

CONCLUSION
