I know that customer service sounds like a cliché, but it happens to be highly relevant. I know, every Minnesota bankruptcy law firm says they have excellent customer service or treats their clients well, blah blah blah. The problem is these statements don’t always square with what is said about them in Google reviews or by former employees in Glassdoor reviews.

Why Google Reviews Matter When it Comes to Your Bankruptcy Law Firm

Before you ever hire a Minnesota Bankruptcy law firm, you should read every single one of the firm’s Google reviews and then ask yourself, do they really treat their guests well or is this just marketing boo hucky?

There is one out of state company that solicits Minnesota guests only to refer them back to Minnesota lawyers with somewhat questionable bankruptcy credentials. If you got to their Chicago, Illinois site and read their reviews, many of their guests feel “scammed” and duped by this company. Words like rip-off get thrown around. Heck, if you look at this company glass door reviews, even some of their own employees think the company is a scam!

I do not like hearing that companies treat their guests or employees poorly but to hear their guests and employees calling them “scams” is something altogether terrible. Minnesotan’s should always avoid using out of state law firm’s that try and solicit their business only to turn them over to someone else with questionable bankruptcy credentials.

In Minnesota, there are four attorneys who accept referrals from this out of state company and the four of them have quite a bit less bankruptcy experience than most bankruptcy law firms in Minnesota. Some of these attorneys don’t even have a website and some of their listed services read like a complete list of law services.
